                      The Member’s consent to these Terms and as amended gives the right to mediate the Site between the Member and the Exchange for trading on the platform in accordance with the following paragraphs, as well as perform the functions described below.


Exchange - Livecoin.net is a technical, functional and organizational structure created so that sellers and buyers can enter into cryptocurrency purchase and sale transactions.


Service - programs and algorithms that control and implement the interaction of the Site and the Exchange through API commands provided by the Exchange.


Cryptocurrency is a type of digital currency, emission and accounting of which are based on encryption and the use of various cryptographic protection methods, such as Proof-of-work (a proof of work scheme when some work is difficult to perform, but its implementation is easy to verify) and / or Proof-of-stake (a proof of account balance scheme that is easy to verify but expensive to store), as well as any others. The functioning of such systems is decentralized in distributed computer networks.


Seller - the person who posted the offer to sell Cryptocurrencies on the Exchange.


Buyer - the person who posted the offer to purchase Cryptocurrency on the Exchange.


Member - any user registered on the Site.


Transaction - an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller to exchange Cryptocurrency using the Exchange at a jointly agreed rate.


Price - price in conventional signs for which the Participant is ready to buy or sell Cryptocurrency using the Exchange for transactions.


Commission - the amount paid to the Exchange for operations, including the payment of remuneration to the commission agent.


Arbitration - an array of buy / sell operations conducted in order to profit on the difference in cryptocurrency rates.


                       The participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information, including password, as well as for all actions, including operations that occur with his account. The participant agrees to immediately notify the Service of any unauthorized use of his account or password, or any other breach of security. The Member will be liable for losses incurred by the Service or any other user of the Site due to the actions of a third party using the Member’s password or account. The participant must not use any account other than his own. The Member should not try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, and any attempt to do this or assist other Members or third parties in this (including the distribution of instructions, software and tools for this purpose) will lead to the termination of the Member's service with the loss of all funds in the account. Also, the service in this case, reserves the right to take any other actions against the Participant.                     


The participant undertakes to comply with the requirements of the law on countering the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism


The Participant agrees to provide the Service with accurate, current and complete information about himself, requested during account registration, and to keep such information up to date, updating if necessary.


A participant can have only one account (account) at any time and cannot use or create any account (account), except for his own. Multiple accounts (accounts) of the same Participant are blocked by the Service without warning. In case of violation of this rule, the Service reserves the right to unilaterally refuse to provide the Services to the Member without paying account balances.


Claims for any financial transactions are accepted no later than 30 days from the date of the transaction. After this period no claim will be accepted.


The exchange provides information on transactions and incoming / outgoing transactions only for the last 30 days. Older information is removed to reduce server load.


The Participant acknowledges and agrees that, in order to ensure the safety of the Participants' accounts and counteract the legalization (laundering) of funds, as part of the implementation of the internal security policy, the Service by default uses internal controls and programs for its implementation, collects and stores any information about material facts regarding the Participants and their transactions, including personal information about the Participants provided by them when registering an account (account), or requested by the Service during transactions, and also indirect information, including IP addresses, information about the operating system used, software configuration, and other information collected using the technology of cookies ("cookies") to create statistical reporting.


The service may require identification information depending on the amounts posted on the accounts or in the presence of suspicious activity, which may indicate illegal activity. The Member accepts and agrees that if the Service has reason to believe that money laundering or any other illegal activities are carried out through the Member’s account, or the account holder hides or reports deliberately false identification information and other information, as well as, if there is reason to believe that operations on the Member’s account were carried out in violation of these Rules, the Service has the right to require the Participant to provide any additional information and documents for clarification Ia circumstances. Transactions can be frozen until the documents are considered by the Service and accepted as satisfying the requirements of the law on combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism.                     

The Service may request from the Member any additional identification information and additional documents at any time at the request of any competent authority or in the application of any applicable law or regulation of any country, including legislation on combating money laundering (legalization) of proceeds from crime, or on countering the financing of terrorism. In this case, if the Participant fails to provide, partially or incorrectly provides the requested information and documents, the Service has the right to unilaterally refuse to provide the Participant with the services.


Accounts may be used solely for the purposes specified in these Terms.


The service allows the Participant to place applications for the purchase / sale of Cryptocurrencies. The price at which the purchase / sale will be made will correspond to the current offer of Sellers / Buyers on the Exchange at the time the Participant places an application for the purchase / sale of Cryptocurrency.


The Participant acknowledges that his applications should be submitted only after careful consideration, and once the applications placed by the Participant are considered ready for the purchase and sale transaction of the Cryptocurrency. The participants agree that, as soon as their respective applications coincide with the offer on the Exchange, the transaction cannot be withdrawn. An application for the purchase / sale of Cryptocurrency will be completed instantly without prior notice to the Participant, and will be considered as taking place at the time it was completed.


Acting as a Buyer or a Seller in a cryptocurrency purchase and sale transaction, the Participant acknowledges that he loses the right to cancel the application after the prices coincide and the automatic transaction is completed.


By the coincidence of the Buyer's / Seller's offer of the Exchange and the Participant's application, the Service has the exclusive right to conduct a transaction in the amount corresponding to the price indicated in the application minus the Exchange commission.


Withdrawals of funds executed in violation of the rules specified in the withdrawal forms, or sent to incorrect details, including to nonexistent or non-valid addresses, are non-refundable and are considered lost.


The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Service acts only as an intermediary between the Member and the Exchange, and not as a counterparty. Thus, it is the responsibility of the Participants to comply with all laws and regulations related to operations.


Also, the Participant understands and agrees that, being an intermediary between the Participant and the Exchange, the Service cannot be held responsible for the Exchange’s actions and activity in accordance with the Exchange’s Responsibilities.


The Participant guarantees that they will use the Site only for operations in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Terms, and that he has the right and ability to place applications on the Site.


The Participant agrees that he will not use the Platform to carry out any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other actions that could adversely affect the efficiency of the Service.


The participant agrees that he realizes the need for independent monitoring of Livecoin platform news, in order to obtain timely information on turning on / off / delisting assets and any other, and if he did not get acquainted with the information in a timely manner, he will not make claims to The site regarding the losses incurred due to this.

The participant acknowledges that his account may be frozen at any time at the request of any competent state authority.


A service cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of vulnerabilities in software (nodes, wallets) of third parties, as well as failures in software (nodes, wallets) provided by third parties, as well as failures in blockchains and as a result of any other technical features of cryptocurrencies traded on the exchange. The service is also not responsible for funds lost as a result of untimely notification (or not notification at all) of the Service by developers or representatives of the cryptocurrency about any problems with this cryptocurrency, including all kinds of forks, technical problems with the node or any other problems that could potentially lead to loss of funds . Lost funds in this case will be tried to be fully refunded by the developers or representatives of this cryptocurrency.


Nothing in these Terms affects the legal rights of users.


Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of any party for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of laws, or any other activity that cannot be legally restricted or excluded.

In such cases, all claims and proceedings must be addressed to the Exchange Administration. The Site may, without further notice to the Participants, suspend or modify the Service and / or review or terminate these Terms at any time. The Member is deemed to have accepted these changes or terminated if he continues to use the Service. Any financial claims must be submitted no later than 10 calendar days from the date of entry into force of amendments or additions to this agreement.


If the Member does not agree with these Terms, he has the right to close his account at any time.

                        (8) Threats to support staff.

The Service, as a private owner, also reserves the right to unilaterally change or suspend the operation of our Site or Service, to stop providing services to the Participant without giving specific reasons. The participant agrees that the Service will not be liable to him or any third party for the termination of account maintenance or the inaccessibility of the Site.
